It honestly feels like a game made by a small dev team that should have come out on Steam Early Access, not a game from Rare backed by Microsoft (ESPECIALLY considering all the launch issues.5 stress tests, and the game is dead on launch day? Come on). All the items you can buy with in-game currency are cosmetic only. That being said.the combat is clunky and downright unfun, there's very few npc enemy types, there are three types of fetch quest missions that are basically just rinse and repeat, and there is literally no character progression outside of these missions either.
